I didn't know Shaymin could walk outside Pokemon!

His flower looks fake, though.

Get a reindeer, paint it white and put it in some green knee high boots... Viola, Sky Shaymin!

I think your imagination can paint it's own picture

But you'll need to give your reindeer two coats of paint, since it's a darker colour... Same goes with the boots, I doubt they actually sell them in lime green... Then you need a bit of turf to stick on it's head, and maybe a red scarf
